Chen's Decadent Cocoa Candy Cakes


Ingredients:
1 1/3 c flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. butter 1 c. cocoa 2 c. sugar 4 eggs 1/4 c. milk 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla 8 oz. cream cheese 1/2 c. sour cream 1 c. walnuts confectioner's sugar (a.k.a. icing sugar, 10X) for dusting
Directions:
Combine flour, baking powder, salt. Melt butter either in a saucepan or in the microwave, then add cocoa. Mix butter/cocoa mixture with sugar. Add eggs. Gradually add flour mixture. Beat until smooth. Blend in milk and vanilla. Add cream cheese, sour cream. Stir in nuts. Pour into greased 9x13 baking pan. Bake 25 - 30 minutes at 350° F. Allow to cool, then dust with confectioner's sugar. Share and enjoy!
