one 24oz. pkg. frozen hash browns with butter sauce
1.5 cups diced cooked lamb
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. curry powder
1.5 tsp. cornstarch
3/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Brown potatoes in a large skillet. Stir in lamb. Blend in the next 6 ingredients with 1 cup water in a shallow bowl. Add to potato mixture.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until it boils and thickens.
Spoon into serving dish. Serve with peanuts, raisins and chutney. Serves 4 Enjoy! -Diana
