2 sticks butter, softened
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup cocoa
1 cup flour
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
Directions:
These delicious brownies are a sure-fire hit with kids. Bake sale? Snack duty? Sign me up.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9X13 rectangular baking pan.
Beat butter until very smooth. Beat in sugar until well mixed. Add eggs, one at a time and beat until smooth.
Sift together cocoa and flour. Add to wet ingredients and mix by hand, thoroughly (but don't overdo it). Spread into prepared pan and sprinkle chips on top.
Bake at 350°F for 30-45 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean and the brownies pull away from the sides of the pan slightly.
