Rosemary Butter (Rosmarinsmör)

Swedish Condiment recipes

Ingredients:
4 Tbsp. butter (1/2 stick), room temperature 1 Tbsp. fresh rosemary, chopped 1 clove garlic, minced pinch black pepper
Directions:
A tasty spread for crispbread. Start by beating butter until soft. Add rosemary, garlic, and pepper to the butter. Shape into a roll and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate until firm.
