Crockpot Pot Roast

Ingredients:
3 lb. boneless beef roast 1 envelope dry onion soup mix 1 can condensed cream of celery (or cream of mushroom) soup
Directions:
Fill the house with the aroma of roast beef; a hearty dinner with next to no time in the kitchen! Yield: about 6 servings Place roast in crock of crockpot. Sprinkle onion soup mix over meat. Then spoon on undiluted soup. (We use cream of celery soup to accommodate a mushroom allergy.) Cover and cook on Low: 8 hours High: 4 hours
