2 pkg. Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1 15oz. can whole kernel corn (drained)
1 15oz. can creamed corn
8 oz. sour cream
1 stick butter, softened
Directions:
A quick and easy recipe with authentic taste of corn. Serve with butter and honey.
Preheat oven to 325°F. Prepare an 8x8 baking pan by spraying with nonstick spray.
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Place in baking pan.
Bake at 325 for 50-60 min.
