Pita Crisps

Ingredients:
Four 8-inch whole wheat pitas Butter flavored cooking spray 1/4 tsp. garlic salt 2 tsp. Parmesan cheese
Directions:
An easy crunchy snack - healthier than that bag of potato chips the kids almost talked you into at the grocery store. Deputize those kids and get them to help - fun stuff! Yield: about 32 wedges Preheat oven to 250°F. Split each pita by cutting around outside edge with scissors and separating the two halves. Coat each piece on both sides with butter flavored cooking spray. Stack halves and cut into pie shaped wedges. Place wedges on a cookie sheet and sprinkle with combined garlic salt and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 250°F for 20-25 mins. or until crisp. Makes about 32 pieces. Enjoy! -Diana
