1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, soft
1/2 c creamy peanut butter
2/3 c powdered sugar
1/2 tsp anilla
1 c whipping cream
3/4 bar (3 oz) sweet dark choc, chopped
1 9" prepared chocolate flavored crumb crust
Drizzle:
1/4 bar (1 oz) sweet dark chocolate, in 1" pieces
Directions:
In small bowl, beat cream cheese and peanut butter on med speed about 2 min, or until light, fluffy. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, mix until well blended. Stir in chocolate pieces. In large bowl, beat whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Fold cream cheese mixture into whipped cream. Spoon into crust.
Melt drizzling chocolate, drizzle in parallel lines. Pull a blunt knife vertically through chocolate to create decorative effect. Chill 2 - 3 hrs before serving. 8 servings.
