Give your roast a little zing - and let your slow cooker do the work!
Trim all excess fat from the roast.
In the bottom of the crockpot, place potatoes and onions.
Stir together flour, mustard, chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar and sugar. Spread this over the top of the roast. Place roast in crockpot.
Cover. Cook on
Low: 10-12 hours
High: 5-6 hours
