Blintz Casserole

Yiddish Breakfast recipes

Ingredients:
2 pkg. frozen blintzes 1 stick butter, melted 4 eggs 1 1/2 c. sour cream 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
A rich breakfast dish, and so simple. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lay blintzes in a baking dish in a single layer. Blend butter, eggs, sour cream, sugar, salt, vanilla and pour over blintzes. Bake 1 hour at 350° F. Serve with a dollop of sour cream and a spoonful of fresh fruit.
