3 very ripe bananas (you know, the ones whose peel turned black sitting on the counter...)
1 c whipping cream
1 c milk
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 c sugar, optional
Directions:
A cool treat for a summer afternoon
In a blender or processor, puree bananas and cream. Stir in remaining ingredients. Freeze in ice cream freezer.
