100 g powdered sugar
4 egg yolks
1 tsp. corn starch
1/2 litre of mlk
50 g cocoa powder
Directions:
Boil milk.
At the same time, whisk together the sugar, corn starch, and egg yolks.
Dilute the cocoa in milk. Slowly pour the hot chocolate flavored milk into the sugar-egg yolks mixture while continuing to beat it. Heat gently and continue stirring until the mixture thickens.
Let the mixture cool down, and then freeze it in an ice cream maker.
