Lemon Frozen Yogurt


Ingredients:
250 ml of lime/lemon juice 175 g powdered sugar 300 ml creamy yogurt 3 Tbsp heavy cream
Directions:
Mix yogurt, cream, sugar until sugar is dissolved. Add juice. Beat, pour into ice cream maker. (Cream may be replaced by 4 Tbsp. soft white cheese.)
