Lemon Sorbet


Ingredients:
400 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice 300 g powdered sugar 1/3 l water
Directions:
Bring water and sugar to a boil over medium heat. Boil 3 min, remove from heat, allow to cool. Add lemon juice to syrup. Cool, pour into ice cream maker.
