Lime Chicken

Marinade 1/2 c oil 1/2 c lime juice 2 Tbsp tarragon 1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce 4 Tbsp chopped cilantro 2 lb boneless breast chicken meat

Combine marinade ingredients. Marinate chicken overnight or for several hours, turning occasionally. Grill or broil.
