Spanish Pork Chops
Ingredients:
6 loin pork chops, approximately 3/4"thick.
1 14-15 oz. can tomatoes
1/2 c. sliced pimento-stuffed olives
1 med. onion, chopped
Directions:
Brown chops, drain slightly, add remaining ingredients. Cover & simmer for 45-60 min or until tender. Spoon sauce over chops when serving. Serves 4-6.
