Pilaf


Ingredients:
3 c chicken broth 1 c Orzo 1/2 c chopped onion 1 Tbsp. butter 1/2 c raisins 1 tsp cinnamon 2 Tbsp toasted almonds
Directions:
Bring broth to a boil, stir in orzo. Cook until almost tender, about 5 min., drain if necessary. Saute onion in butter until tender, add pasta, raisins, cinnamon. Heat through, tossing constantly. Sprinkle with almonds. Makes 3 c. or 8 servings.
