Thai Style Pasta
Ingredients:
500g spaggheti
2 c fine julienne carrot
Dressing:
3/4 c olive oil
1/2 c Nam Pla (fish sauce)
2 Tbsp Kecap Manis (Indonesian sweet soy sauce)
2 limes (juice)
6–8 birds eye chilis, julienned (serrano ok)
1/2 c ea: minced Basil, Mint, Cilantro
Directions:
Combine dressing, toss over pasta. Garnish with blanched beans or asparagus.
