Tabouleh


Ingredients:
1/2 c No. 1 bulgur (finest cut) 1 c. flat leaf parsley, sliced fine 1/4 c. chopped onion 2 tomatoes, 1/2" dice 1 med. cucumber, peeld, 1/2" dice 1 Tbsp dried mint ground allspice, clove to taste extra virgin olive oil to taste lemon juice to taste salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Soak bulgur in cold water for 5 min. Squeeze dry. Add parsely, onion, tomato, cucumber, mint. Toss lightly. Add allspice, cloves. Add remaining ingredients. Toss again, serve immediately.
