Mrs. Warlick's Bundt Cake

Low Sodium Desserts recipes

Ingredients:
One 12-cup size Bundt pan 1.25 cups unsalted butter or margarine 2.25 cups sugar 7 eggs, unbeaten 2.5 cups flour 2.5 tsp. pure vanilla or lemon extract
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add the seven (unbeaten) eggs one at a time. Add the flour all at once and beat well. Mix in the vanilla or lemon extract. Pour batter into greased Bundt cake pan. Bake in the Bundt cake pan at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until done. Cool ten minutes before removing from pan. Enjoy! -Diana
