4 pita rounds
1-2 c. spaghetti sauce
1-2 tsp Italian seasoning
2 c. mozzarella cheese
toppings like pepperoni, ham, sausage...
Directions:
Lay pita rounds on a baking sheet.
Spoon spaghetti sauce onto pitas.
Shake Italian seasoning on each mini pizza to taste.
Top liberally with cheese.
Bake in a 375°F oven for 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and browned.
The pita makes a very authentic tasting pizza crust. The kids love these - and they're fun to make together.
