6 eggs
2 c. flour
3/4 c. hazelnuts, chopped
2 sliced bananas
3/4 lb. butter (3 sticks)
3 c. sugar
3/4 c. cocoa
1/4 c. cane syrup or corn syrup
pinch salt
Frosting
3/4 c. whipping cream or heavy cream
8 oz. dark chocolate, chopped
berries for decoration (optional)
Directions:
Beat eggs, flour, nuts, and bananas until fluffy.
Stir in remaining ingredients: butter, sugar, cocoa, syrup, salt.
Bake in a 9x13 rectangular baking pan lined with parchment paper in a 350°F oven until done through, about 45 minutes, or when a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool completely before frosting.
For frosting, heat cream and chocolate in a saucepan. Heat and stir until chocolate is melted. Pour chocolate cream over the brownies. Garnish with berries.
