Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients:
3 cups peeled and cut up fruit, whatever you have on hand 1 cup juice or lowfat milk 1 cup plain yogurt 2 ice cubes
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth. Serves 2-3. Enjoy! -Diana
