Tomatoes Escallope More Recipes Like This


Ingredients: Metric Units
1 cup diced celery
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. butter
1.5 cups garlic & onion flavored croutons
Two 14.5 oz. cans stewed tomatoes
2 Tbsp. sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Butter a 1.5 quart casserole dish. In a skillet, saute' celery and onion in butter until slightly cooked.

Place in the casserole dish. Add croutons and stewed tomatoes. Then add sugar, salt and pepper, and mix well.

Bake at 375 degrees for 45 mins. Enjoy! -Diana
