Chocolate Chip Muffins
2 c. flour
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. chocolate chips
1/3 c. oil
3 tsp. baking powder
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, chocolate chips.
Add egg, milk, oil. Batter will be lumpy.
Fill muffin cups and bake at 375°F 20 - 25 minutes until golden brown. (If you did mini-muffins, only bake for 10 minutes.)
Remove from pan immediately.
