Crusty country bread or roll

Leftover cutlets Milanese get a second chance at greatness. Or try a Wrap Milanese.
Cut two slices of crusty country bread, or slice a roll.
Cut the cutlet to the bread's size if necessary. Layer with lettuce, provolone cheese and dress with mustard and ranch dressing. A sliced tomato would be nice too. (If your sandwich has to travel before lunch, wrap the sliced tomato separately so it doesn't spend all morning turning your bread into a sponge.)
