Ingredients: Metric Units
1 tortilla
Cutlet Milanese
Provolone cheese
Ranch dressing
An up-to-the-minute take on "leftover lunch." Who says eating leftovers is boring?

Warm a tortilla.

Cut the cutlet into strips. Chop the tomato and lettuce.

Lay the Provolone cheese in the center of the tortilla. Place the strips of cutlet and chopped tomato and lettuce in a long, thin mound in the center.

Fold the bottom of the tortilla up, then fold the right flap over. Now roll right to left. Grab some chips or pretzels and enjoy!
