Marinated Italian Antipasto Pasta More Recipes Like This

Ingredients: Metric Units
1 package (16 oz.) medium shell pasta
1/4 pound hard salami, cubed
1/4 pound sliced pepperoni, halved
1 block (4 oz.) provolone cheese, cubed
4 medium plum tomatoes, seeded/chopped
4 celery ribs, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup sliced stuffed olives
1/2 cup sliced ripe black olives
1 bottle (8 oz.) Italian salad dressing
2 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Cook pasta according to directions; drain and rinse in cold water. Place in a large bowl; add the salami, pepperoni, provolone, veggies and olives. Add salad dressing, oregano and black pepper; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serves 12. Enjoy! -Diana
