Swedish Drink recipes
1 1/2 qt. strawberries
1 qt. orange juice
zest from 1/2 lemon
12 basil leaves
Directions:
A cool refreshing drink from Scandinavia. If basil sounds just too weird, try it with mint.
Chop strawberries and add to an 8-cup blender pitcher. Add orange juice and lemon zest. Strip basil leaves and blend with strawberries. Garnish with a fresh basil leaf before serving.
