1/2 c. milk |
Directions:
Bisquick biscuits come together in a couple minutes, and nothing says "comfort food" like hot, fresh biscuits with dinner!
Preheat oven to 450°F.
In a medium bowl, stir together milk and bisquick. Stir until it comes together to form a dough.
For drop biscuits: drop by spoonfuls onto a baking sheet.
For rolled biscuits: on a floured (or bisquicked) surface, roll out dough to about 1/2 in. thick. If the dough seems too sticky to roll, add a couple spoonfuls more bisquick. (If you have no rolling pin handy, just press the dough out into a great big pancake.) Using a biscuit cutter or the top of a glass, cut biscuits and place on a baking sheet.
Bake at 450°F for 7-9 min., until tops are golden brown.
