1 3lb. pork roast
1/3 c. cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. ketchup
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 c. beef broth
8 ginger cookies
1 .8oz. packet brown gravy mix

Directions:
Throw it together in the morning and let the crockpot do the work. Serve with noodles for a hearty meal.
Combine cider vinegar, ketchup, onion, garlic, beef broth, ginger cookies, and brown gravy mix in the bottom of the crockpot. Stir well.
Add meat to the pot, and flip to coat.
Cover and cook on Low: 10 hours or on High: 5 hours.
