Ingredients: Metric Units
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
2 c. cooked elbow macaroni
salt & pepper to taste
1/2 c. shredded cheese
Directions:
A quick, creamy mac and cheese, no orange-dust-packet required.

In a skillet, melt butter. Stir in flour to create a roux. Slowly add milk. Stir frequently to prevent lumps.

Stir in macaroni and shredded cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Heat until sauce is thickened and macaroni is heated through.
