stale crusty bread
garlic salt (or seasoning of your choice)
Check it out, you can make your own croutons! Crunch up your salad with croutons done just the way you like 'em.
Cube bread into bite-sized pieces. Drizzle olive oil into a large skillet. Sprinkle in seasoning. Heat over medium heat. Add bread, tossing to coat. Continue to heat, tossing occasionally until oil is absorbed into bread, bread cubes are crunchy and toasty.
Once cooled, store in an airtight container. And bring on the Caesar!
