1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic
2 c. cooked chicken
1 c. broccoli florets
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. sweet and sour sauce
2 tsp. duck sauce
rice or lo mein or spaghetti noodles for serving
A different way to use leftover chicken.
Using a fork, shred the chicken.
Heat oil in a large skillet or wok. Mince garlic and add to oil. Sauté for 1 minute.
Add chicken. Add broccoli. Pour over soy sauce, sweet and sour sauce, and duck sauce. Stir together so that the sauces combine and coat all the chicken and broccoli.
Cook until broccoli is bright green and crisp tender. Serve over rice or lo mein noodles (substitute spaghetti if you like).
