1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c. original Bisquick mix
1 c. milk
Directions:
An easy weeknight meal that even finicky kids love.Note: Bisquick is a biscuit making mix that includes flour and leavening - a self-rising flour.
Yield: 6 servings
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Grease a 9 inch pie plate or spray with nonstick.
In a skillet, brown beef and onion until beef is browned. Use a slotted spoon to remove beef from skillet so you leave the any fat behind. Spread beef and onion in prepared pie plate. Sprinkle with salt and cheese.
In a medium bowl, stir together remaining ingredients - eggs, Bisquick, and milk - until blended.
Pour over meat mixture in pie plate.
Bake at 400°F for 25 min.
Enjoy!
