1/2 c. pearl tapioca
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 pint whipped whipping cream
4 c. water
2 Tbsp. minute tapioca
1/2 tsp. red food coloring
1-3 bananas sliced
Directions:
Soak pearl tapioca in water overnight. Cook next day in the water. Also soak minute tapioca, salt, sugar, water. Bring to a boil the next day, cook until tapioca is clear. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and food coloring. Combine mixtures. Chill until ready to serve, add bananas and cream.
