2 c. cooked chicken, chopped
1 c. cooked pasta
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. Garlic Garlic seasoning
4-6 eggs
Directions:
Give leftover chicken casserole a new look with braised eggs.
In an ovenproof skillet, melt butter. While butter is melting, chop chicken finely.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
When butter is melted, add flour to make a smooth roux. Stir in 1 c. milk, gradually.
Stir in chicken and pasta. Add second cup of milk. Add seasonings - Garlic Garlic, salt and pepper.
Break eggs on top of skillet. Place skillet in 350°F oven and bake about 15-20 min., or until eggs are set to your liking. Serve with a spatula so each serving is crowned with an egg.
