Easy Kielbasa Bake More Recipes Like This

Ingredients: Metric Units
2 onions
2 Tbsp. oil
3 c. new potatoes
1/2 c. chicken stock
1 1-lb. kielbasa
Directions:
Not quite a "weeknight" meal (potatoes need time in the oven), but quick prep is a plus.

Slice onions. Cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces (red new potatoes won't need to be peeled). If you're using baking potatoes, you'll have to peel them before using. Slice kielbasa on a slight diagonal to make oval pieces.

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a dutch oven, heat oil. Add sliced onions. Sauté until softened. Add potatoes.

Stir in kielbasa. Pour in chicken stock. Bake in 350°F oven until potatoes are tender. (About 1/2 hour to 45 min., depending on the size you cut your potatoes.)

Serve with a side of sauerkraut.
