No-Bake Caterpillar Cake More Recipes Like This


Ingredients: Metric Units
1 c milk
3 3/4 oz pkg instant pistachio pudding
8 oz container froz whippd topping
8 1/2 oz pkg chocolate wafers
licorice strings
assorted candies or colored sugar
tinted coconut
Directions:

In a small bowl, combine milk, pudding mix. Beat at low speed until well combined, about 1 minute. Let stand 5 minutes, then fold in 1 c. whipped topping. Spread 1 Tbsp pudding onto each chocolate wafer. On a large piece of foil, stack frosted wafers to form 1 long roll. Wrap in foil, chill 2-3 hours. Remove from foil, place on serving plate. Spread remaining whipped topping over entire roll. Use licorice strings to form "antennae." Decorate with candies/colored sugar. Arrange green tinted coconut around caterpillar. Cut diagonally into slices. 12 servings.
