1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. butter
salt, pepper to taste |
Directions:

In a large skillet, heat butter until melted. Sauté onion and celery in butter. Add water according to package directions. Simmer 5 min. Add bread cubes and toss to coat.
Place in casserole dish and bake at 375°F for 20 min., until the top is crunchy.
