Colonial Day Cranberry Chutney


Ingredients:
1 pkg. fresh cranberries 1 c. apple cider vinegar 1 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. honey 1 Tbsp. orange zest juice of 1 orange pinch cinnamon pinch nutmeg
Directions:
Colonial Day recipe. Thanks to Kim Fliehmann, great with turkey, ham, you name it! Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce to simmer. (This gets messy - it will "pop" all over your stove as cranberries start to cook.) Cook down until thick. Adjust sweetness with a little more sugar if necessary.
