Tomato Beef Stew More Recipes Like This

Ingredients: Metric Units
1-2 lb. stew beef cubes
1/4 c. flour
2 c. diced tomatoes (or a 14.5oz. can)
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
1 med. onion, chopped
A simple crockpot meal - serve over noodles.

Yield: Serves 4 - 6

You will need: a crockpot or slow cooker

Toss beef cubes in flour until coated. (If the cubes are too large to be bite-sized, cut them smaller.)

Place beef cubes in crock of slow-cooker.

Add tomatoes, salt, pepper, and onion.

Cook in crockpot:
on Low: 8 hours
on High: 4 hours

Serve over noodles.
