Smooth Chocolate Frosting More Recipes Like This

EASTER Dessert recipes

Ingredients: Metric Units
1/2 c butter
3 oz unsweetend choc., chopped
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 c 10X, sifted
1/2 c sour cream
Directions:
Melt butter, choc. in hvy pan over low, stirring until smooth. Transfer to lg bowl. Stir in vanilla. Whisk in 1 c 10X, 1/4 c sour cream. Whisk in remaining 10X and sour cream.

(For garnish, press 2 c sliced almonds onto sides of cake)
