French Uncooked Creams More Recipes Like This

Ingredients: Metric Units

White of 1 egg
Equal amount of cold water
Confectioners Sugar
Vanilla or Lemon Extract
Chopped nuts of your choice
Beat egg white, cold water and enough confectioner's sugar until stiff enough to mold well. Add flavoring. Form into balls. Place on Waxed paper until dry. Top with nuts. Enjoy! -Diana
