Chicken and Pasta Soup


Ingredients:
One (2.5 pound) chicken, cut up One (48 oz.) can College Inn Chicken Broth One (16-oz.) can cut green beans One (6-oz.) can tomato paste 1 cup uncooked small shell macaroni 1 tsp. dried basil leaves
Directions:
Adapted from the College Inn Chicken Broth label. In a large saucepan, over medium-high heat, heat chicken and broth to a boil; reduce heat. Cover; simmer 25 mins. or until chicken is tender. Remove chicken; cool slightly. Add remaining ingredients to broth. Heat to a boil; reduce heat. Cover; simmer 20 mins. or until macaroni is cooked. Meanwhile, remove chicken from bones and cut into bite-sized pieces. Add back to soup; cook 5 mins. more. 6 servings. Enjoy! -Diana
