Ginger Tea

Ingredients:
Metric Units
1 (.75 inch) piece of fresh ginger
1.5 cups water
Few drops of lemon juice
2 tsp. honey
Directions:
Soothes sore throats and helps relieve cold symptoms. Tastes good, too!
Cut the ginger into 1/4-inch slices. Place in water in saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes. Stir in lemon juice and honey. Strain the tea into a mug and serve immediately. Enjoy! -Diana
