Cinnamon Pork Tenderloin More Recipes Like This


Ingredients: Metric Units
3 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
3 Tbsp. sherry or chicken broth
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1.5 tsp. honey
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 garlic clove, minced
2 pork tenderloins (3/4 lb. each)

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first six ingredients. Add the pork; seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate 4-6 hours. Drain and discard marinade. Grill pork, covered, over med. heat for 15-20 mins. or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees, turning occasionally. Let stand for 5 mins. before slicing. Serves 4-6. Enjoy! -Diana
