10 large garlic cloves, peeled
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tsp. dijon-style mustard
1 tsp. finely shredded orange peel
1/2 tsp. bottled hot pepper sauce
Directions:
-Cook garlic, uncovered, in hot olive oil in a small saucepan over med. heat for 5 mins. Remove from heat and cool completely. Remove garlic from pan with a slotted spoon, reserving oil.
-Combine garlic, vinegar, mustard, orange peel, and hot pepper sauce in blender container or food processor bowl. Process until garlic is pureed. With processor running, add oil in a thin, steady stream. Makes about 1 cup. Enjoy! -Diana
