Lamb Shishkabobs More Recipes Like This

Ingredients: Metric Units
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 cup salad oil
1/2 cup wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 lb. boneless cubed lamb (1 inch cubes)
12 mushroom caps
3 green peppers, quartered (YUCK! I use red, orange or yellow peppers)
3 onions, quartered
6 tomatoes, halved (you can use whole cherry tomatoes)

-Combine onion soup, oil, vinegar and soy sauce. Add lamb, marinate overnight in fridge. Put lamb on skewers, alternating with mushroom caps, peppers, onions and tomatoes. Cook on outdoor grill for 20 minutes, turning occasionally and basting with marinade. Serve immediately with salad or on a grinder roll. Enjoy!!! -Diana
