Sweet and Sour Chicken More Recipes Like This

Ingredients: Metric Units
1 chicken, cut up (about 3 lbs.)
1 8-oz. bottle Russian dressing
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 10-oz. jar apricot preserves
Directions:
-Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
-Combine salad dressing, dry onion soup mix and preserves. Place chicken in a shallow baking pan and pour dressing mix over it.
-Bake for about 1.5 hours at 325 degrees and baste occasionally with the pan drippings.
-Serve hot with plain (I like basmati!) rice and the sweet/sour sauce from the pan. Any remaining sauce can be refrigerated. Enjoy! -Diana
